Looking to develop a device for consumer sales (Launch @ CES 2012). Found some good open source software that has already been developed. They have already approved us to redevelop and rebrand the software. The software needs some changes and additions to call our own.
We are looking for developer(s) to be part of the new start-up. Ownership % or Convertible Stock is preferred compensation. Our preference is to find 1-3 developers that can grow and lead our software division.
We are trying this before outsourcing development.
Phase I Development

> .. Online Music Streaming
> .. Other Desktop/Online Streaming Content Providers
> .. New Installation Package for App (Includes Applications, Updated

The usual procedure is to try mailing contact at xbmc.org, particularly if the "good opensource software" you are attempting to modify is XBMC.
