I have just installed 4.3 along with latest from keith (May 16)
What I found is that when playing (especially larger) playlists with mp3 files it would be stuttering like hell. Thought it had to do with the 4.3 firmware but found out it wasn't.
With system there's in Audio a setting that levels audio across an album, which is default on. Setting this to "off" made it play perfect!
(I have 100K + mp3 files so indexing, album-art and library stuff is all turned off. Might be a different story when you use that though.)
