Asrock ION 330 HT users the battle is hard, harder perhaps then normal motherboard users with the W83677HG-I super I/O chip (now NCT6771F / NCT6772F / NCT6775F).
Thank's to opensource spirit and users as opposed to corporations Linux drivers are now available for systems with the above chips.

The Asrock ION family (includes basic ION the HT and BD flavours and possibly the Zotac's and Acer Revo's that have this chip, can rejoice finally and get accurate CPU temperature information displayed in XBMC or XBMClive installs without using any potentially dangerous hacks.

While this is originally intended for Asdrock ION and HT/BD users Im sure it can be adapted to other ION systems with the above chips.
