The issue that I'm running into is when I'm in library mode about 50% of my movie's doesn't include the fanart wallpapers just the standard skin backround (currently using transparency, but its not a skin issue happens with other skins)

I have my movie directory sorted as:
Movies
-HD Movies
--title1
--title2
-DVD Movies
--title1
--title2
(Each movie is in a separate subfolder)

What I noticed is the all the folders under HD Movies. (All the files are .mkv's) do not get fanart, only the files in the DVD movie directory (All files are .avi)?

Anyone have any idea's?

First thing to check is whether they actually have any at http://www.themoviedb.org/.
