i followed the wiki instructions http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW...a_XBMC-PVR)
to install pvr on ubuntu, but I get errors complaining about missing dependancies when I run

sudo apt-get remove xbmc xbmc-bin xbmc-data xbmc-skin-confluence xbmc-standalone ## remove a previous XBMC installation
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lars-opdenkamp/xbmc-pvr ## add the PVR ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xbmc xbmc-standalone

can someone help me install the pvr functionality from xbmc live?

what errors are you getting exactly?

i get an error complaining that xbmc-bin confluence xbmc-data are all needed dependancies I can retry the install if this helps

please do and pastebin the exact error message.
