First, some background info on what I want to achieve:

I have 4 different folders with movies:

- My downloads
- My gf's downloads
- Our mutual downloads (movies we'd both like)
- Movies to keep

I have created 4 smart playlists which link to the folders with these movies in it, and this works. However, for the download-folders I'd like to have the movies sorted by 'date added'. In list view this is an option (and I like it), but I can't find it in library view or by using a smart playlist.

Is there any way to have movies sorted by date added?

Sorry for bumping this one, but I'd still like to make this possible. Anyone any ideas, maybe with the new release coming?

+1 - with a large movie collection sorting by date added is often the first view I want

is there some code I could copy from one file to another to add the functionality to playlists?
