After i change from pin's to sam's image, i'm not able to update the nvidia driver with my known way...
Could someone tell me how i can update the nvidia driver from the new crystalbuntu image?
I have problems to stop the x-server to install the nvidia driver....

Updating the nVidia driver will kill audio over HDMI. Other than that, you should just be able to download the driver from nVidia and run the install script. You could also try to install nvidia-current or xswat to see if either of those will update the driver for you.

thanks for the information, but i do not use audio over hdmi .
I get an error message that the X-Server is still running and that i should close it before installation, but i'm not able to shutdown the X-Server, does not know how...
