First... the details:

Library on QNAP TS-859 NAS
Now... for the problem:
I finished a TV series I had stored on my NAS. I removed the entire series via the context menu in the library. I then erased the ENTIRE folder and ALL of it's contents from my NAS. The next time I updated the library, the banner for the show came back, but with no shows in the sub-directory. I repeated the process with the same results. I've searched the NAS for some misplaced files without luck. I tried to use the "clean library" option but it was still running a day later.
Any ideas.
