no idea whether ubuntu is keeping the old packages.
best to compile from source or wait for the next build.

also, try to reset the epg db in system->livetv->epg. I mistakenly said that the fix hasn't been included in the ppa build yet, but that was another fix. timeline should work after all. sorry for the confusion.

I tried resetting the epg, so it must still be broken unless I am doing something wrong.

Any idea what might have changed with the sound? It works on my laptop so its a Revo issue.
