Perhaps a stupid question. With my mac mini, I open an internet browser and open sickbeard / couchpotato with a shortcut in my favourites.
But how do I manage this on a system with openelec? via the webbrowser addon in xbmc? .....

afaik there's no webbrowser available in openelec and according to the devs there'll never be one.
That's why i dont use it

huh? but how can I use couch potato & sickbeard? In the addon SABnzb suite (available in openelec repro) couch potato & sickbeard are integrated. Can I only use it via an external computer?
