dunno if it is available on livestreams addon or elsewhere, but i noticed when i was testing last night that it is definitely on freedocast. just put

plugin://plugin.video.freedocast/?play=http://www.freedocast.com/asianetnews

into a file called asianet.strm and install the freedocast plugin from my repo.

just put the .strm file in a directory where xbmc can browse (with your other media files for example) then browse to it in xbmc and play it.
