Hey guys when playing some movies on my Windows 7 machine and ATV2 with AC3 audio stream with icefilms plugin I get a error at the bottom like "Failed to initialize audio device " and no audio plays at all.

When I play movies with a stereo audio stream, the audio playback is fine.

Is this a setting problem in icefilms or xbmc? How can i get ac3 audo streams playing?

is your sound card Dolby Digital Compatible?
Is your receiver Dolby Digital Compatible?
if not go to settings/system/audio and disable AC3 bitstreaming
