is there a way to store metadata in different folder than videos

and have xbmc detect it and scan it instead of scraping a website again


i downloaded the posters and nfo and fanart in ember media manager but want to create a subfolder so it isn't cluttered in the media folder

I suppose you could put it in the appropriate locations, scan it, and then move it elsewhere afterwards. Beyond that, no, you can't do that.
