hi there
i usually play a lot of mkv files and the subtitles are shown as default, i shut them off by press the "info button" on the remote, there is a way to play the mkv files without subtitles by default?
help me please , thanks!!

i would like to turn off the subs by default as well.

when you play the mkv file on a pc based player such as videolan the subtitles are off by default, however xbmc/mplayer turn the subtitles on by default.

is there something you can do to turn off the subtitles by default?
