I installed XMBC onto a test machine and scanned my current movie library (over 750 movies located on a NAS share), and I'd like to just move the setup to my actual HTPC box. Is this possible? If so, what files do I need to move?

Yes, install XBMC onto your HTPC then copy over you profile directory. See http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Profile_Directory

If you have used mapped drives to get at the NAS make sure the drive letters are the same on the HTPC as they will be stored in the database.
