I have XBMC runing fine on my ATV2. With a wired connection all is fine, wireless however is mostly very cumbersome.:confused2: Using the original ITunes functionality that issue dos not exist (but I want XBMC/subsonic....).
I am running the latest nighly build from September 3rd.
Any settings available to improve or for know the best option is using wired?

don't get you ... but the issue you linked is solved in the latest nightly builds ... beside that ... the wifi in the atv2 is not the best. And why it works with the itunes stuff - don't know ...

There is no single answer, and more often than not the problem is your wireless network and not XBMC. The massive number of threads all over these forums about wireless network speeds should have been a big hint. Search and find, because there is no "suck/not suck" switch.

Well, solved the problem by attaching the old fashioned wire.
