Is there a way to use XBMC or another tool to enter a proxy IP into the ATV2. To be clear I do not live in the US and wish to access programming from the US using a US IP address.

In XBMC go to
System/settings -> Network -> Internet access -> "Use an HTTP proxy server to access the internet"
