Hi all, I have spent hours messing around with the Night theme on my ATV2 and I am 99% happy with it. I now would like to have a look at some other skins just to make sure I am not missing anything major however if I find I want to go back to Night I do not want to have to reconfig everything.

Is there a way to backup all of my settings for a skin so that it can be restored later on?

Settings are saved individually for each skin - no need to backup settings.

Yeah but in my experience this doesn't always work as it should.

For instance, i run XBMC 10.1 live with Aeon Nox 1.60 skin. Every time i try out another skin and then go back to Aeon Nox the database view settings are mixed up.

Never thought much of it because it only takes a minute or so to set them back again. I don't know if this is a skin issue or not. I noticed that the settings are saved in the file guisettings.xml and everything in there seems ok.
