Could you try the following file and see how it runs, preferably running audio over HDMI:

Much appreciated in advance.

Thanks.

It relates to this thread:

Thought I'd do another thread to target owners of similar hardware to see if it's an issue in general or just me.
I'm getting a file not found error.

My apologies, duff link copied from other thread. Correct one:

Will test it later tonight.
Okay,

Seems to be fine on my setup, no noticeable stuttering or failures. Having said that the first second or so is pretty messy (only as it starts playing) after that is fine.

Asus Eee Box 1501B Atom/ION 330 4Gb
w/Windows 7 HP 32 bit
w/XBMC Pre-Eden (Oct 04 build)
-> HDMI
-> Onkyo 7.1 receiver
-> HDMI
-> Sony 46" 1080p Bravia

Can provide more detail if necessary.

That's great djmcnz.

Unfortunately mine plays like a dog. Mb/s drops to 5ish at all times throughout.

I have the Asrock 330ht running XBMC Live solo, xbmcfreak latest Asrock dedicated one. I was running a build from a few months ago and also tried the latest nightly but all throw the same result.

No problem, bummer about your situation.

Perhaps ask in the *nix section if anybody has experienced it?
