Hi,
I usually watch the trailer of a movie before I watch the main feature film. (May be it is a habit of watching DVDs
). So is there any ... any way of making XBMC stream trailer from the internet before playing the movie?
There are add-ons for videos like Yahoo movie trailers, Trailer-addict .... etc. Can they somehow be connected to my movie database, so when I select the trailer option, it can stream the trailer?
I have URLs for trailers stored in NFOs. If they can be used, also would be great.

My understanding is that it will default to streaming when a local trailer isn't available or if a URL is specified in the .nfo.
If you press, C on a movie then Movie Info, do you not have a Trailer button?
Pressing "I" is faster for info window
Some skins do show a trailer label.
If the links are to YouTube they can not be played because those are internet pages and not the actual stream file itself.

Exactly ... what I am trying to say is, if XBMC can automatically convert the youtube links into something that can be played with the YouTube plugin, it would be an awesome feature ...
In one my previous questions, it was mentioned that if the link can be converted to something like this it will be played and it worked!!!
plugin://plugin.video.youtube/?action=play_video&videoid=sFXGrTng0gQ
So XBMC can do this work of converting the links to the above format, the links will be directly playable.
