Right now I'm running XBMC 10.1 installed from the Team XBMC PPA.

The following packages are installed:
xbmc, xbmc-bin, xbmc-data, xbmc-live, xbmc-skin-confluence, and xbmc-standalone

How do I convert to the unstable (nightly) PPA?

Do I need to "apt-get remove" those XBMC packages, then add the unstable PPA, and then re-install XBMC?

What's the best way to do this?

The best way would be to search.

You need to change the repo from stable to unstable.
