Hi everyone,

I couldn't find any remote control widgets for Android so I've built one myself and published it to Android market.

It's targeted at Android 3.1 and large screens which means its tablet only (as far as I know). So far its only tested on a Galaxy tab 10.1 but for me its working fine. I decided to make it a paid app but if you're not into paying the source code is available for free at Github

Any chance this will work on a nook color running cm7. 1? If so I'm sold.

But official xbmc remote already available on android market!

It won't work on Nook color unfortunately since its, from what I can read, Android 2.2 (API v9) and my app requires 3.1 (API v12). The reason behind that is simply because I have a 3.1 device and wanted to use the APIs available on that device.

I know about the offical app and I'm a user as well. I wanted widget as remote as I believe it makes it even more smooth to control XMBC. To my knowledge the official app does not to this date provide a widget. So I made one myself.
