Hello,

I am new to xbmc. I run xbmc on mac os 10.6.8 and would like to read film on a machine with osx 10.7.2
For this I used the smb protocol, I can browse the directory from the lion machine but the film never start to play.
Is there something special to do to get smb working ?

Is this always actual for the 10.7.2 ?? Is it still broken on 10.7.2

You have two options. One is to update to nightly builds and use AFP (Apple File Protocol). The other is to mount the networked drive in the Finder, then tell XBMC to use that HDD (it will look like a local disk to XBMC).
