I would like to add my adult movie collection into my xbmc library but don't want Debbie Does Dallas to appear next to Dumbo in my selections.
Is it possible to have a private or hidden section within xbmc for adult films?
If you are going to mix that content with kids movies, do a separate profile.

seperate those movies into a folder and then make a profile with username and password. then add that as a newsource in xbmc and you should have it seperate then your other movies/tvshows on the other master profile
