I am trying to create a smart playlist for my TV Shows based on the TV Show's status so that I can do a filter for shows currently being broadcast.

From doing a bit of digging; I believe that the "status" field should be the one I use and "continuing" should be the value I am trying to pick up.

My experiments didn't work so I had a look at the database content itself.

I believe the required field in the TV Show table is C02; however in the database this value is blank for all shows.

For that matter c03, c07, c09 and c15 to c21 are also blank although there is data for all the other fields.

Am I missing a trick here?

Yes - sort of.

All I actually wanted was a filter showing shows currently being broadcast so I could then select the season/episode I wanted to watch.

What is being suggested looks more sophisticated.
