I have a mac mini 2011.
I have 2 XBMC installed.
Xbmc installed in Osx lion and XBMC in Windows 7 by bootcamp.
- XBMC in MAC Os x lion : I can use Apple remote.
- XBMC in Windows 7 : I think Xbmc for windows better for Mac,dont I?
but in Windows I can not use Apple remote.
Help me choose 1 . please

I'm not sure what you're asking?
Are you asking how to make the Apple remote work in XBMC? If so I believe it can be done using a helper app like Eventghost.
I have a Mac Mini and I use Bootcamp and XBMC for Windows. I use a USB MCE remote instead of the Apple remote.

Why do you think XBMC for Windows is better then XBMC for MacOSX? TBH I think the other way around

When I play Xbmc nightly build for Os x lion, Very nice,perfect.
Because I use XBMC for windows is very very long time, so in my mind that XBMC is always number one. Xbmc better than Plex and other.... I use XBMC Ios for ATV 2 and I felt it could not be with XBMC for windows should I even think it's better than XBMC for Mac.
However Xbmc for Mac os lion can not support DTS-HD?

they are the same, I don't think HD Audio Streams are supported at the moment on any platform (Audio Engine Branch Excluded).
Run on what your more comfortable using.
