I am using the latest nightly build of XBMC for mac on my mac mini, and have yet to get the AFP access to my iMac to work. AFP is enabled on the mac, and so is the share, but when I try to add the share with the right user ID and password, it's unable to connect. I've checked out:

new AFPClient for iOS/OSX <--SOLUTION FOR LION USERS

but still no joy. Am I missing something?

I guess double check the IP, username, and password. Maybe even do a test run without a password (you can make new local network users form OSX's sharing preference pane) to see if it still gives us that error.

I created a new user account and gave it permissions. It works now. I'm not sure why the other accounts wouldn't work. Thanks for the help.
