Hi guys,

Just purchased a apple tv 2nd gen specifically to use with XBMC on it and cant seem to get it to install.

Its running the latest firmware (due to it being brand new) and have performed a tethered jailbreak using seas0npass.

Following the install procedures on XBMC wiki page and using WinSCP, when i do the following command:

apt-get install org.xbmc.xbmc-atv2

I get a error saying the host is Not communicating for more than 15 seconds, do you want to abort.

Any help please I not sure what else i can do

I left it on this screen for 5 mins and nothing has happened.

Any help plz?

use putty ... winscp is only usefull for transfering files...

used program called private shell in the end worked brilliantly cheers tho
