So i can access the site using 3G but
I can't on my LAN. Can someone help me force my dns to update so I can use the site again on wifi?

It's not your dns but that of your ISP. You could try changing your dns provider to someone like opendns.

I changed it to the Google DNS, but it has broken my DynDNS so I can no longer RDP into PC over WAN. Ugh, hopefully I can put back to normal soon.
