Hi:

I've just bought an IPAD 2 device.
Once IPAD 2 has not yet jailbreak available it would be impossible for me to
install XBMC. Is this right ??

Until a jailbreak is released for the iPad 2 (unless you are on 4.3.3) you can not install xbmc

I have Ipad 2 with iOS 5.0.1.

So no way for the time being.
