I wrote a plugin that plays live games and archived games from the LeafsTV Interactive pay service.

Its in the repos for eden and dharma already.

Good job mate. As a long-suffering Leafs fan I may have to break down and give more money to MLSE lol.
Can u post the link i sure cant find it.
Its in the main repository. Just download within XBMC. FYI: tonights game is on CBC, so its not streaming on the leafs tv interactive service. I'm working on something for that...
So all i gotta do is look at the addons with XBMC?

Just click Video->Add Ons->Get More and LeafsTV Interactive should be in the list. Just select it and install it. Then go into the settings, enter your username and password, and you are set.
Hey, this is a great add-on. Much smoother and easier than the web app. But I got an error on tonight's game. It worked last night, and tonight's is working in the browser. Here's the log:

I have the same problem here. Not sure what is wrong or what has changed, but I'm looking into it.
OK, I see what is going on. It looks like the API for one of the requests has changed. Hopefully I can get this sorted out and updated tonight, so its ready for the next game.

Update: So, the game request was returning multiple games and I was just taking the first one and assuming it was live. Now I actually parse the XML and get the game that is actually live (as indicated by the isLive tag). You can go to "downloads" on my github page to get an updated zip here: https://github.com/micahg/plugin.video.leafstv. Otherwise, just wait and it should be updated in the XBMC plugin repo by the next game.
OK, I've requested that the update be pulled into the eden branch. Assuming there are no problems with my code it should be in soon.
That's great, thanks a lot for the quick update. You had the whole All Star Break!
Well, I can only test my changes while there is actually a live game on, so had I not finished last night, there is a possibility the next game would have been broken as well.
Bad news! LeafsTV interactive has switched over to an adobe-style adaptive streaming protocol, which is currently unsupported by ffmpeg. I'm going to try to add support in ffmpeg, but it might be a long while before it makes it into xbmc (and then into the plugin).

Unfortunately, this is out of my control, sorry everyone!
Thanks for the update. I'll miss the add-on, it looked so much better than the web client. Is there any way to show the game in full screen without the scores at the top?

This may also explain why it stopped working in Firefox for me as well.

No, I could never get a real full screen working. However, I did have the game working last night in firefox on Linux, so you should be able to get it going.

Like I said, my plan is to add support for ffmpeg (there are other services that use the same protocol) so eventually it should be back.
