Hi
Has anyone setup control of XBMC with Samsung AnyNet+?
If so what are your experiences with it and what can it control?
Looking forward to hearing your responses
David
I assume you mean via the USB-CEC adapter. You can control power on/off when XBMC starts or stops or when the screensaver is activated, set the correct HDMI port when XBMC starts, control XBMC via your TV's remote, control an A/V receiver, etc.
Everything that libCEC currently supports is supported via Anynet+ (since I got a samsung TV myself
).
For a list of features, see

No I actually want to use AnyNet+ or do I need the adapter for this to work?
I don't mind my XBMC box staying on I just want to control it with the TV remote..
When I scan with AnyNet+ I don't find any devices

You need the USB-CEC adapter like dushmaniac mentioned.
