I am sure this has been covered but I cannot loacte the correct help file. I have a Jailbroken Apple TV2. I followed the directions I found online to be able to stream AVI files to my Apple TV from my Mac (running OSX 10.7.2). I have set up a share folder with some AVI movies in it. I went uner my Mac preferences and made sure that File sharing is on and that "share files and folders using SMB" is checked.
When I go to my Apple TV and in XMBC try to add the SMB source it searches but does not pull anything up. Every once in a while I will get an error 2, but mostly it just does not find my shared folder.
What am I doing wroing?? please help. :confused2:
