I own 2 Mac minis and an apple tv 2gen. I was looking at installing xbmc on all three but I want to send the apple tv to my sisters house so when I'm their I can view my tv shows and movies.

Is their any network setup I can use to do this?

unless you have a really fast connection, it will probably not be a *buffering* enjo *buffering* enjoyable experience.

Something like an FTP or HTTP server on the Mac could do both local and over the internet sharing of your media files, though.
