When looking at the roadmap I saw Added ability for all addons to provide their own web interface (and handling of multiple web interfaces).

I wold like to use the web interface option to ease the configuration of some of my addons but I have failed any general information on how to use this.
Where should I look to get started?
A folder named /htdocs is all that is needed?

this was never really finished. since there's is no server side scripting, you are very restricted in what you can do.

all add-ons can have an index.html in its root path. this can then be access through
http://<xbmcip>:<port>/addons/<addonid>

this will hopefully be further pursued at some point.

Aha, so I can display a html page. Useful for a manual perhaps...

Could it be used for helping out with translations with some clever posting capabilities..?
