I set up my new media center last week and using the built in XBMC scan most of my movies got picked up. I am using the Aeon MQ3 theme on Eden and it grouped movie series together (such as harry potter, lord of the rings etc).

I have since started using Ember Media Manager to get the fan art and .nfo files and rename all my move folders (but not video files). After doing this similar movies no longer get grouped together. What do I have to do to get this functionality back?

Using Ember you can use the sort name field to arrange your library however you want

With Ember you can use Sets.
Create a set fro example "Harry Potter" then you can add all the movies.
In XBMC you then have a folder with all the movies inside.
