This isn't that big of a problem, but it's been bothering me for a couple months so I figured I'd see if anyone had any ideas.


I'm running multiple users/profiles. For skins that show the time of last login, the numbers get updated as normal. However, once XBMC is closed or i restart my HTPC, the times reset (to 6/26/11) haha. It's been like this for over 6 months.

I'm running Ubuntu 11.10 (current as of 1/29/12) and Eden Beta 2. I've tried multiple skins and updating xbmc hasn't change anything.


What do you guys think?

not sure where xbmc stores this data, but if it's a file perhaps there's a permission issue there.

try checking the log if theres any issues there, but like i said i dont know where this data is pulled from so hard to find the issue.

Just a thought. Is your system time correct? Could be a cmoss battery issue.

The log doesn't show anything :| Permission issues would make sense, but I don't know where the data comes from either.
