I love the new player in Eded beta 2, search bar is the feature I was looking toward to. Just one more thing is needed, so that I drop using external players in XBMC. Subtittles need more options, and by that I mean at least option to increase their hight posittioning, by default, they are to low for my taste. Tnx in advance!

Have you done a video calibration and adjusted them in there?

This. You've been able to do this since Dharma at least, and I'm fairly certain even earlier.
