Hi

I'm a total newbie in regards of XBMC, so my problem might very well be because of my lack of knowledge with XBMC settings.

When I'm browsing through my movies, I don't get a cover image. I only get a picture of a folder. If I rightclick a movie, and click "Movie Information", I get info about the movie as well as the movie cover.

Shoulnd'nt I get the movie cover instead of "the folder picture"?

Update: It seems that I don't always get the "folder picture", for some bizar reason I sometimes get the folder picture, and sometimes I get a picture from the movie (but not the cover)

The link was empty... took me to a page, upon a download to notepad... empty. Use pastebin.com in real debug mode, don't paste in the forums.

Have a look over these wiki's and see if you can spot some irregularities in your set-up. Clearly the movie cover is already there... just your view is not seeing it... Other tips: Include the O/S, Skin, XBMC version and you media set-up.

I have now tried to totally uninstall XBMC, and reinstall it.
Afterwards I created a new share on my server, only containing 6 folders. 3 of the folders only contained a MKV file, and 3 of the folders contained a VIDEO_TS folder.

I then added the share, and used MyMovies as scraper. It identifies the movies, but same thing happens. I only get pictures with folders, and if I rightclick and choose movie information, I get full info.

Humm.. something wrong here... 'media fire' what's wrong with pastebin.com? I'm not into downloading strange code. Where's the hardware information?

MyMovies as scraper.. What happened to XBMC as a scraper?
