Full Version: PlayDisc command against psuedo DVD Drive?

Hey guys,

I have several Acer Revo's (no optical drives) and mount my BluRay drive in my media server to the Revo's over NFS.
This works great for playing bluray etc if I add the NFS mount to the file list within XBMC.

What I'd really like to do is be able to run XBMC's 'PlayDisc' against the mount point as if it were a normal DVD drive - this way I don't have to go browsing the filestructure to find the right files to launch...

Can anyone explain a way I can achieve this ? - I realise this will obviously involve editing the skin to run a new command when playdisc is chosen, but I can't figure out what the command would be..
I even tried simply setting the NFS mountpoint to /media/cdrom inthe hope XBMC was just looking for a certain mount - but I guess it's cleverer than that! Smile

Cheers!
