Hi all,
Can I "convert" media it is playing in XBMC (PC) in adress with http or rtmp protocole, so I can play that on my remote device in Local Area which support http and rtmp streaming?

I have satellite receiver which support rtmp and http streaming, wired with PC.
So, I would like to stream from PC on my receiver (http, rtmp)

Thanx a lot.
Transcode? No xbmc doesn't do that, also it doesn't share video via http rtmp
Oh, can I go offtopic and ask for help, can I in anyway stream my pc desktop from PC to http or rtmp protocol....
yes. whatever computer has the videos, setup an apache web server. One that's done configure your router accordingly. Then connect the client xbmc PC to the server you just setup with HTTP.
