When I choose the IMDb scaper and select German all details of the movies are shown in English.

I checked the movies on the homepage of http://www.imdb.de/ there are German translations for the movies.

Does the scraper use the site http://www.imdb.de/ or http://www.imdb.com/ when I choose German in the settings?

the IMDb scraper is english only.

The database for german movies exists, will there be a german version of the scraper in future?

There is a imdb.de scraper available from the community, but it's not in the official repositories. Please search the forums.
