Hi,
I recently discovered XBMC, and I like it very much.
But after upgrading from Eden beta3 to RC2, I noticed that most of the time the picture is very dark and the colors are oversaturated.
This is not the case with every file so I have to adjust it each time.

I would suggest popping in a Bluray or DVD (assuming you have one separate from your XBMC box), and calibrate your tv to that. Then fire up XBMC and calibrate again ,but do not touch your tv settings. Calibrate using your drivers control pannel.

Also do the calibration with typical room lighting.

I did that, the picture was good with Beta3 en is when showing the windows desktop.
My TV is calibrated using a calibration DVD.
