I have tried the same xml between two Mac and it is working perfect but the same xml file is not working when I coped to ATV1
/Applications/XBMC.app/Contents/Resources/XBMC/userdata "
folder.

What I have done wrong? Is it possible that this feature is not working on ATV1 only with ATV2?

You don't want to copy it to that location.

Instead, copy it to

/Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/

Which on the ATV1 would be

/Users/frontrow/Library/Application Support/XBMC/userdata/
