Hey guys!

Is there anyway to add a jailbroken ipad2 as a source in xbmc (the latest version) on ATV2.
Would be awsome coz its possible to connect memory cards with the camera connetion kit.
And i have movies and series on it.

Annoying to have a pc to stream from..

There is a ftp server app in the appstore somewhere ... maybe it was in cydia or even official.

I noticed that i could add network share and that ssh was avalible. So was able to connect to the ipad2 and could play a 4gb mkv movie without anyproblems from my memorycard!! Wohoo awsome!!

You might also want to look into this nifty little adapter. It lets you charge the iPad while you have the Camera Connection Kit (or anything else) plugged into the dock connector. As a bonus, It also restored audio functionality and charging when using my iPhone 4S with an old Bose SoundDock.

I like to use Air Sharing and use it as a webDAV source in XBMC.

Or just wait some more weeks and install xbmc on the ipad and plug it into your tv via hdmi adapter
