I noticed while browsing my servers in "Files Mode" that some of my folders were totally missing, somehow "hide watched" got turned on (I normally never use it so didn't realize it right away) and all watched folders are gone.

I think if a user goes into file mode they should expect to see everything.
(tested on Mac and Linux RC2s)

It's because file and library are basically merged now. File view will show library data, but organized in folders.
