Can anyone help purchased my first mac mini downloaded xbmc tried to open comes up does not support power pc

Thanks but that is the one i tried to install retried still comes up "You cant open the application XBMC because powerpc applications are no longer supported "

What processor is inside the Mac Mini you have? Is it Intel or PPC?

positive deleted and tried again restartted mac several times still same

What version of Mac OS X are you running?
