i am streaming my sa s2 tivo to my xbox via ccxstream on a wired network. the problem i am seeing is lagging / jitter type choppieness in the stream. if i pause the stream, wait for a minute, then play, the video is fine for 30 to 45 seconds, then it will start to get choppy again. i have fooled with cache settings, killed tivowebplus and any other memory hogs on the tivo, tried different versions of xbmc as well as ccxstream with no positive results. has anyone seen and or rectified this type of issue?

stand alone tivo series 2 - 4.0.1b
belkin usb 1.0/1.1 ethernet dongle
wired network with 1 netgear ro318 8 port router.

does anyone know of a win32 client i can use to verify the ccx stream. this will at least tell me if it is a tivo issue or an xbmc issue.

can somebody point me in the right direction for a guide to setting up tivo streaming to my xbox. i've hacked both boxes previously, but a seach here has not really helped.
