Hello, I have recently just bought new mac mini (Lowest model)
I have used boot camp to install Windows 7 and installed XBMC (Since I wanted to use WMC for Netflix)

It is running fine, however when I am watching a movie in XBMC its quiet but when navigating in menu, Fan starts to go on and makes noise a lot.

I am not sure if this is common or maybe I need to configure some settings,

can someone give me some suggestions?

Try to enable dirty regions (wiki) and see if that helps. That will make the GUI work less while in menus and stuff.
