The things I did:
Downloaded the soundfont rar(
http://www.geocities.jp/shansoundfont/) and renamed it "soundfont.sf2" and put it in C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\system\players\paplayer.
I also created a blank timidity.cfg file in notepad and dropped it in this directory.
Since I didn't know if this was the right directory I made a copy of both and made a new folder(Timidity) and dropped them in here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\XBMC\system\players\paplayer\timidity
I also set dirtyregions to "0" in my advanced settings file
I have enabled karaoke in settings
I downloaded midi files into a new folder called Karaoke and added that folder as a source called Karaoke and all the songs showed up but non of them will play.
Am I missing something?

After typing this I copied the entire Timidity folder that I created earlier into:
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\XBMC\userdata
And IT WORKS!!!
Now I just need to find some better songs so my kids can get all krazy!
